Groups from non-profits, churches, or schools, who want a non-institutional gathering space
Groups or individuals who wish to offer a program or presentation on a topic that aligns with our mission
For Groups
Groups can meet in our spacious living room and sun room, and use four other smaller areas for breakout sessions. Maximum group size is about twenty. Extra chairs are available.

For Individuals
EncounterPoint has two well-appointed bedrooms available for guests, each with a sitting area and private bath. One bedroom has twin beds; the other, one queen bed. We welcome individuals, couples, and very small groups to these rooms for retreats, respite time, and other intentional purposes. Please do note that we are not an Airbnb - our rooms are not available to tourists.

Meals at EncounterPoint
Both groups and individuals can request meals at EncounterPoint.
Meals are freshly prepared in our kitchen, and reflect our commitment to environmental values. We use meat products responsibly, and all plant based recipes are made with fresh products. We do not serve foods with chemical additives, transfats, high fructose corn syrup or MSG. All of our meals are served on real plates with real cutlery. We try to avoid using disposable paper and plastic products.
We are happy to serve vegetarian meals on request. We can also offer a vegetarian option with our non-vegetarian meals.
Food costs are based on the actual cost of the food requested.
